I like to eat. Who doesn’t? :) And lately, I’ve been trying to learn how to cook and experiment in the kitchen. Today’s baon (packed lunch), which was prepared last night, is Fried Rosemary Chicken. Though it was meant for lunch, it ended up as breakfast.
Two pieces quarter chicken, half of a lemon, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper.
1) Squeeze the lemon on the chicken.
2) Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3) Rub the spices on the chicken.
4) Fry in low heat.
Result: Edible :p

Thanks to my new 8-5 schedule, I’m able to head off to the grocery after work. The campus still looked bright under the late afternoon sun.
